Scarab Lord, Shifting Sands event

When is Shifting Sands event starting for scarab lord, it was said december 15th 15:00, but nothing happened.

Im wondering as well, so far I just met couple of clueless people at the gong

I guess they only activate the quest line. So someone has to finish the quest and bang the Gong. It would be nice to know if the timeframe is 10 hours like original or till the end of the season. If a mod reads this, please clarify. I guess alot want to do this for the mount

I doubt it will be the same questline. There's not much event if people just hit the gong and take the goods
