I was wondering if a donation that I've made before (I bought 10 coins) is refundable back to my bank account. Why I am asking for this transaction is because I am not willing to play WoW anymore and was wondering if the money I've given can be refunded

No. All donations are final. You have to go through 20000 verification steps to ensure you want to donate. Just because you no longer want to play doesn't matter. Next time, don't make "micro transactions" in a game you're not sure you'll play/enjoy.
