Login authenticator.

Hello everybody. I explain my problem to you. Yesterday evening I logged in and I no longer have trouble playing. This morning I try to connect and the game asks me for an authenticator ... Unable to connect .... Have you ever had a problem please? I am French I tried to find solutions but impossible. I am trying to download again to install it ....
I received an mail and i copy the number to my account. I don't understand why the game tell me 2 authentificator.... I change my internet box yesterday, new IP i think....
