Lost my characters on Frostwolf

I used to play on the MOP server back in 2015, I'm almost sure it was on Frostwolf , back in the day there were 2/3 MOP servers. I tried to find the character throw warmane and I cant. The character name was ivobelt , it was an alliance panda warrior. I wanted to know if there was some way i could recovery that character because i wanted to start playing again on that server. I have the history of purchases in the Shop that i did back in the day for that account (you could buy mounts only with points), if you need any confirmation. Thank you, and merry Christmas you all

Did you check in-game or only on the website? If you checked only on website, he could've been tagged for a rename and because of that doesn't show on the website.
