I've been having issues with my account that whenever I cast a spell/abilities it won't let me as long as I'm mounted. Other toons from my other account doesn't have this problem. Can anyone suggest me a fix for this problem? Thanks!

Easy. Open Options>Interface>>Controls. Make sure "Auto Dismount in Flight" is selected. Will dismount you if you attempt to use spell/skill.
