Every time I close the game, all of my video/sound/addon configurations reset to default and I have to set them again when I start the game. What could be causing this and how do I stop it?

Every time I close the game, all of my video/sound/addon configurations reset to default and I have to set them again when I start the game. What could be causing this and how do I stop it?
1. Close and exit torrent. Move your WoW -folder to other folder, away from Torrent's Download folder.
2. Right click WoW -Folder, select properties, un-check "Read-only" and Apply.
3. If you get prompt, Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files and click OK.
