Help, I've accidentaly bought two same trinkets for the same character.

I've accidentally bought 2 STS trinkets from Warmane store via Coins, both of them are waiting in my mail, but I haven't opened them yet. Is there a chance of a coin refund for one of them? I know refunds can be tough, but might give this a chance, since it's the virtual currency involved and im not asking for a refund of money.
Please any leads would help!

My account -> support -> In select cattegory click Item missby -> another window will show up with items u have bough the last 24 hr mark the one u want to refund and just write that u have bought 2 by mistake as long its in the first 24 hr of buying the item u should be fine even if u loot the item from the mail
