Hi,

Starting new on server and wanted to choose between UH DK and Warlock, which is in more demand?

Definitely Warlock.

Using census showed rogue and warlocks the least played class.
After that it was mages and priests.

Top classes were DK, paladin. Followed by warrior and shamans.
