What does it take to report NINJA or there are holes in the Rules?

Normally I don’t like to post on forums. But sometimes I feel that we need to talk especially when you are facing some vague unclear rules of reporting the term “Ninja”.

Now I want to present my case as an example and reff to other players and also kind GM to help us understand more so maybe in future there will be a clear what is ninja and what is not. If warmane can present us a loot/BiS table that will be the Book for all players so they know when to report or not. This will be useful so we can save our time and the GM reading hundreds of tickets every day.

I have joined a Pug Raid as Paladin MT. the leader asked for MS changes so I whisper him MS ret. Then I notice that he didn’t announce in raid then I typed in the RAID chat MS ret. I said maybe he is busy with something but at least I make sure I have done my part and give him a /w and also in raid chat.

When we got to the point to roll on [Nerub'ar Stalker's Cord] I rolled highest with 99 I found the leader completely removing my roll and gave the item to 2nd place roll hunter. Does that considered a ninja if not what term do you use for that?

SS1: whispering him before we start Marrogar telling him im MS Ret and once again in raid chat.

these SS sir are not cropped /edited and i wont waste my time faking evidence. my question is what am i missing im not trying to influence GM decisions but rather want to understand what else can be done/provide to take an action against Ninja. because i get a prev case reporting a ninja and having same response and no action taken.

You gotta remove the screenshots. Forum isn't the place to name and shame.

I'd probably try making another report, but make the report easier to read (and have the imgur link somewhere appropriate).

Something like this:

Name (of the ninja):
Date:
Screenshot(s): imgur link
Brief explanation: Give your brief explanation on ticket. "I changed MS to ret, rolled highest on belt. The belt was given to second highest roll", or something like that.

Write further details on every picture description on imgur.

Few problems that I (don't) see with the screenshots:
1. No call for MS change (we only see you whisper him "ms ret").
2. You didn't seem to mention to the RL that you whispered him your MS change at the start of the raid. "I told you MS Ret, and I have SS of it. The item is good for Ret and I won the roll, so can I have it?"
3. Name calling the person who holds the items you want is never a smart move, no matter how frustrated you are.

Noted SS and names removed. this is my last reply on this topic. but my question now can i make another in-game ticket or i'm wasting my time and your time. since i dont have further evidence to offer.

There is one little flaw in your story. Leader did not acknowledge your MS change = no MS change. You should have left the raid, because your can roll MS only on your current spec.

actually he said "MS change whisper me", so i did whisper him and he didnt announce. the problem is i didnt take the SS when he said " MS change whisper me" for some reason he didnt announce it so im forced to say it in raid chat so all can see it. actually in SS many ppl in raid say to leader im MS ret. and the fact is im the only one in raid that changed spec ms no one else changed ms.

You can tell him what you are rolling all day long, you can "announce" it to the raid 500 times. It makes 0 difference, you can't roll. Because the leader sets the rules, not you spamming some stuff. And "default" is you roll for spec you are playing, unless leader sets loot rules(acknowledges your MS change).

You simply have no case, that's probably why your ticket was dismissed.

I'd ask the leader (in future) for the list of changers. Having a secret list of MS changers isn't exactly transparent and that list can magically change while nobody else knows any better.

Unfortunate that you missed the MS change call SS (and the list).
