I would like to ask why such a druid balance can buy the entire t10 set on the Frostmourne realm for coins, and such a shaman can only buy an item or two for the tier set? The same goes for items like TOGC, where the Horde can buy TOGC10 capes and the Alliance just doesn't. What is it all about, how does the market update system work? Because I must admit that it's quite annoying.
items become available on "Store" when enough amount of player have obtained them in-game (that explains why Bala t10 can be found but Shaman one can not)
About 25-heroic cloak, it is for the same reason but in this case, as far as I know, they would add it manually to make it fair.
If it did not happen it is because they are not aware of that.
I would recommend to join the "unofficial" warmane discord.
Theoretically it is "unofficial" but the staff members that handle this kind of thing is more active there than forum.
