It's hard to find people hosting icc rep farm on global. I want to run my own but im seeing people getting out and doing something to reset instance. Can somebody explain?(Also how much tank/heal/dps do i need)

It's hard to find people hosting icc rep farm on global. I want to run my own but im seeing people getting out and doing something to reset instance. Can somebody explain?(Also how much tank/heal/dps do i need)
You get 1-2 tank(s),some healers,kill every trash mob up to Marrowgar including the trap ones,you go out with everyone else,right click on your portrait - > reset all instances. Rinse and repeat.
