Hello, new to Warmane, and to WotLK. I had just completed the quest that unlocks Halls of Reflection and decided to walk into it just to see what it looks like. I walked in, saw it had a cool sword floating in the middle, and walked out to queue for it. I'm now locked out of the dungeon on the hc RDF and I'm confused. Anyone experience something like this? I thought you needed to kill the first boss or something like that to lock to an instance.
Are you sure you are "saved" for HoR heroic?
Open your friend list -> go to "raid" tab -> click on "Raid info"
Here it shows all the instance saved (raid and dungeon-heroic)
Btw to enter "on foot" you need just the quest
To join via RDF there is an addition requirement: 219 ilvl as avarage (even ToC FoS and PoS has an ilvl requirement if joined via RDF but it is a bit lower)
Hey thanks so much for the response, I did another dungeon and for whatever reason it no longer says I'm locked on halls of reflection in the rdf.
The Padlock icon in the Specific Dungeons Tab, means 1. You don't have high enough gearscore or 2. You haven't done the quest.
Since you have done the quest, it means you don't have high enough gearscore. You can enter dungeons manually, by going to the location, without having the required gearscore for RDF HC. What that means is, if you want to do HOR with your current gear, you need to put a group together yourself, so that you can enter at the portal and not with the RDF system.
