Constant disconnects

So i've recently started playing again on the Icecrown realm and i've been getting constantly disconnected like every 5 minutes, sometimes its sooner, sometimes later.
I've reset/flushed my dns, checked my firewall, checked my wifi, checked my addons, reinstalled game, tried with ethernet, checked if i have some faulty game files but im still getting disconnected. I have also tried other WoW versions like MOP but i have no problem there. Also tried Large Adress Aware to allow for more RAM to be used. Still nothing.

"checked my addons", do you mean you have tried with all addons disabled? if not, then try it

i've uninstalled them played without addons, still disconnected. Disabled, still disconnected.

Yup, using the client from warmane with the WoD models.

Ok so far, i've reinstalled my windows, redownloaded the game, factory reset my router, still getting disconnected. I've tried Lordaeron/Blackrock aswell and i have no problem there so its something to do with the server but i cant figure it out.
