how hard would it be to get 1660 in soloq? or would 2s be easier, as UH DK?

i love dueling and doing bgs but im not very good at arenas at all. however i need to do arenas to get gear to keep up with all these full bis people running around with smourne. i just want to get 1660 to get most of the bis off pieces. is this feasible for noobs?

for a noob it is only possible to reach 1600 rating as paladin (preg or holy)
