My character is lost

Hello. I have been playing on this server for a long time now.. I made a break for 1 year. Now i see that my 6.1kgs shamman is lost..
Is there any chance of getting my character back?

have you check just on website or in-game with a client?

On which realm were you playing ?

I checked in-game and on website.. Only that character and one more that is lvl 80 are lost.. The others are still here.
I play on icecrown realm
