Is there any reason to believe next Season will be different?

Hey guys,

Long term WoW vet here, super excited to return to WoTLK and will be doing so on Frostmourne season reset.

I understand there are persistent issues with quality and experienced players in PvE for high end raiding on this server.

While there are some prominent Alliance guilds, Horde far and away dominate the progression ladders, primarily because of ratials.

Is there any reason to believe this next season will be different? I want to roll NE Druid for raiding but recognise unless I'm in a solid guild - which could still have recruitment issues right throughout the year - I pretty much have to go Horde, even just to be safe.
