How do I make a ticket on the website? or get in contact with customer service?

If premium account:
https://www.warmane.com/account -> support -> create ticket

if not premium:
send an email to [email protected]

Btw what kind of issue have you got? (maybe it is something easy to solve and it does not requires staff support)
