i have good pc system but in this game i have major fps dropping what can i do for this problem i cant play like this pls help!

does it happen as soon as you move the mouse?
Then: in-game menu -> video -> disable "HArdware cursor"
does it happen after playing for a few minutes?
Then try to disable all of your addons
