Hello I have a problem with creating a DK

I just leveled up a warrior to level 55, but the game tells me that I cannot create a Death Knight as I do not have a level 55 character.
It says "You must have an existing character of at least level 55 on any realm to create a Death Knight".
My level 55 character is on Frostmourne but I want to make a Death Knight on Icecrown, so if its on any realm, why can't I create a DK?

Because "on any realm" comes from retail, where servers don't have different rates and peculiarities.

That message was made by Blizzard. On Warmane it works differently. Since the realms have different rates, you must have level 55 character on the realm where you want to create a DK. Or if your account is premium, you can create a DK on any realm.

I see, thanks a lot. Now I know why I can't.

Actually i am premium and i still can't make a dk...well i think it's time to make a new uselless char :(
