Frost DK - Frost Giant Clever HC vs Havoc's Call NM on main hand

Hello everyone.
I just got a Havoc's Call NM and i'm not sure if it's better than a Frost Giant's Clever HC.
Tell me what you guys think and why you chose one over the other.

Havoc normal is better. The reason is that weapon damage is significantly more important than anything else.
