You have to wait until the end of Frostmourne's season.
I created the character in 2019, then have not played since October 27, 2019, as reported in the Character Barracks section
We opened Frostmourne in 2020 so your character must be from a different realm.
barraks shows only "Icecrown" realm... so your character is already on Icecrown?Quote:
