Hello . There was a bug. When purchasing a Banner of Victory item with Points. Two items of Banner of Victory came to the mail and a double amount of Points was debited. Please pick up one of the items and refund the points. Thanks in advance for your work.
1. There is no refund/support for "points".
2. No matter what bug my occur, shop coded in a way that you have to manually confirm each purchase for single item. Literaly "press X to receive Y". So nah, it was not a "bug", but yours greed or lack of perception
The first paragraph would be enough if you answer accurately and to the point, the rest is "water".
"Persivaln Member" - This is the status of a very experienced person who, as a psychic, claimed that this is greed or inattention. So be it.

To be fair, you made the point to claim "a bug" happened.
If you yourself had only asked if a double purchase could be refunded, he wouldn't have anything to say beyond that points don't get any sort of support.
I could swear that purchases had a cooldown. But perhaps that was only for coins.
