Account hacked

Hi, long story short some random could change my email adress and managed to get into my account stealing everything he could possibly get, including emptying the guild vault and other stuff, we all can figure the endless things one can do bad.

Made a ticket via email but i can`t really seem to get the people to understand that i don`t need the useless 20k gold back, but instead i`m looking after all the items i lost after spending a couple of years here.Made a backup like 2 months ago but that appears to be useless as i mentioned to them once.It can be clearly seen in the small website log the ip that was logged in and several account actions including password change and so on that happened that day.

It happened on Lordaeron realm, i will provide more info if needed/requested.

Anything i can do to get back into the game or that was the end of the story?

I did email the support team but this is not a ban appeal, its`s about a random that had nothing else to do with his life for a couple of minutes.

So, apparently other than some useless gold gaved back after a couple of emails sent back and forth nothing can be done here?

I'd be disappointed but thankful at the same time if this is the only thing the management can do here against these type of 'hacking' that they can let go through their system.
