two weeks without receiving arena points!

I haven't received my arena points for 2 weeks and I've done more than 10 arenas to receive my points and they haven't arrived.
please help me with this problem so I can build my character and not waste time playing without getting my reward.

hace 2 semanas que no recibo mis puntos de arena y he echo mas de 10 arenas para recibir mis puntos y no han llegado.
