Help I can't see my character on the character choose menu

I can't find mine charcaters in the characterlist
So basically I didn't played in a while and I logged on now ed but my characters don't show up on the character choosing screen I tried to close/reopen the game but my characters still didn't appear and I had a Szhultanal named paladin on Lordaeron at lvl 69 and I'd like to finally finish leveling already deleted cache folder didn't helped
the charrcther is still up in Armory

at character selection screen, at top click on "Change realm" and be sure to select Lordaeron realm.

If you see no characters it means "Szhultanal" (lvl 69 paladin) is on a different account. In that case send an email to [email protected] for support
