Do I have to do arena to get these items? I just want to farm honor and buy a full set of pvp gear but I can only get the wrathful set? I see people with relentless weapon and non set off pieces and I ask them how they got it but no one answers.

You can go to the Dalaran sewers to check the weapons and set pieces. They all require arena points and rating.
Not sure about relentless weapons though. As far as I remember they are unavailable. Is that in Frostmourne?
I'm on Icecrown. I was kinda hoping I could at least buy last seasons weapons and off sets for honor but I guess that's not possible then. I'm not very good at arena and I don't enjoy it either.
All pieces of the off set can be bought for honour points in your faction's capital city, but belt and feet need you to have a certain arena rating.
