I have been hacked

Hello this morning I just entered the game and when I start looking in my bags and to check points i observed that i have nothing left, everything have been consumed or taken, I had on my warrior 80 emblem of frost, 45 embelm of triumph, 3k gold and mats for jwc, mining, on my other character a paladin I had 90 emblem of frost, 10k gold, 250 saronite ore, a gems, mats for mining/jwc. Also some items were taken from the guild vault of my guild and when i check at what time it was yesterday at 9:30 AM something like that Bucharest local time. Please help me with something at least to find the one that hacked me and bann him and stop him from hacking others. I want to say that I have never ever gived any information about my account any details about the account name/password to any one!
