Settings reset every login

Hi I was wondering if this was a known issue or something that I can resolve on my end but every time I close the game and go to re-open it, I have to accept the terms again and my settings have been reset as well as not saving my account name. Thank you!

Go right click on your launching file wow.exe then in the first tab General down at the Attributes: if Read-only is checked uncheck it then go apply and ok and start your game from wow icon with right click and Run as administrator.
Hope this will fix your problem

and also check for this at the folder where is located your game if Read-only is checked there uncheck it from there too.
