I have lost all my characters and donations !!!!!

I haven't played wow in a long time and i decided to reconnect to my Cataclysm account and long story short for some reason you guys decided to delete the Cataclysm server that's fine an all but i wasn't compensated for my characters i didn't get my money back didn't get the time i invested didn't get a warning that the server was gonna get deleted and no nothing i have truly invested time and money in that character (Falcorn) i had FULL CATACLYSM GEAR on that character and maybe a year invested in that character plus it wasn't only that character i wanted to reconnect with joy and happiness but i was left with disappointment and tears.

Year invested, and you don't keep up with news of said investment?

I believe the time Warmane gave for all Cataclysm players to do transfers and what not expired many years ago?

You could make general inquiry ticket, but I wouldn't hold my breath for too long.

What kind of warning did you expect?

Btw, theoretically, cataclysm character from "netlrharion" realm are "frozen". Still saved somewhere in case they decided to relunch the realm

That said, we had 1 year of time to "copy-paste" those characters to MoP and Wotlk realms
The ones copied on MoP realm kept everything they had
The ones copied on Wotlk realm were naked, they had just Achiviements and mounts that exist on Wotlk

I guess i stopped playing, before they decided to delete my character how was i supposed to know, if the wore gonna delete the server how was i supposed to know??

I don't want my coins back i want my character back or atleast transfered to the lich king servers !
And btw the only ticket i can open is BaN aPeAl so nice isn't it ?

As I have told you before, copy-pasting Cata characters on wotlk realm (icecrown) only provided a naked character which kept just mount + reputation + achievement available on Wotlk and riding/profession skill

So it is not much different from starting a new characters (since the main useful thing is gear)

Theoretically this means your account is not premium. I thought you were premium since you wrote:
