I have forgotten user/pw to my old account, is there a way to get it back?

Hello guys, I have a problem i have forgottten/lost the username and password of my other account, and now I'm back to play and I want to play it.
Is there any way to get it back, or at least the e-mail adress so i can retrieve it? Thanks in advance.
