Dude, for real? I had a look at you through armory - you have this helm equiped both with gems and enchants. So what are you trying to achieve with false claim?
Lol, you really think that it is exactly that helmet?..
Even if it is not that one helm, yours new helm being non-refundable means that you either socketed/enchanted or 2 hour mark have passed.
Its not - i've bought it and immediately understood my mistake and tried to sell it. I've explained it very clear so if u can't read - dont write anything
If i couldn't read, i wouldn't be able to comment aswel. And no, your "detailed" explanation is far from being so. Unless Warmane manualy altered shop mechanics of Lordaeron, there is no way it would be as you've described. So it's either insanely rare bug or malicious intent from your side to cover own mistake. OFC you can try to create in-game ticket for GM support, but something tells me you won't get desired solution
