Hacked account

I've been member of this community since 2009. Few days ago i tried to log > incorrect password <.
I checked my mail and this

Somehow i tried to reset on my registration mail and I made it, but ..
I changed mail on my account few months ago on a new mail, cause i create a new one and I forgot password on the old one.
I sent few mails on [email protected] but still nothing.


any help? :/

Just wait to be honest can't do much. I am on 5 days waiting on General ticket in the website my account got hacked and my top char was traded for 25 coins and staying naked at the moment in some random account.
