Hi , i just tested talent Aggression and my dmg on eviscerate went from 2534-3531 to 2553-3589 after i spend 5 talent points in it [5points = +15% dmg]. I tested my dmg on Training Dummy and same results. Does not seems to be working at all ... Can somebody check it ? Thank you

I have tested with your spec (0/20/0) on Blackrock realm and it is fine.
No talent = eviscerate deals around 2190 dmage
with your talents = eviscetate deals around 2500 dmg
theoretically it is the same Core.
Try to do the same test on Blackrock realm (it is instant lvl 80 with free gear and you can access to "dummy area" by talking with "transporter" npc)
Edit:
Maybe on your old test you did not notice you had some random "attack power" proc while testing with no talent? (this might explain why you have seen no damage difference once the talent was enabled)
