Activity rank

So i used to have activity rank Ambassador but now its agent (lower rank)
can someone explain how that happened?

You can clearly see why you have lower rank in detailed info. You've either sold or deleted character that contributed a lot of unique achievement points, or was banned which resulted in demotion of your account

where i can see that detailed info ? ;)
