So i've been seeing the new server is about to launch. Do they allow heirlooms from level 1? Or are the shops only on certain established servers and they add stuff in as it progresses? Just kind of wondering what things on the launch of the new server I can do to stay ahead/make leveling faster. Thanks in advance for any replies.
