S2 frost transfer to icc only worked for 1 character and not for the rest

Right now https://gyazo.com/0f45ec94256c91e7849aa783a285b629 this is the only thing that is showing , saying the marketplace is currently closed for S2 , did i do something wrong or can i transfer only 1 ?

Are you planning to buy items for your characters or to transfer them from "Frostmourne-S2" to icecrown?

In the second case, you need to pick "Service" (not "Store")

ty, i didnt notice it kept kicking me from services to the store after each transfer
