in pvp your primary presence is unholy, and in pve blood presence is top dmg done

To put some numbers to the advice, I have Bryntroll and ran your question through the DK sim on my own character: I went from 11103 DPS with blood presence, to 10748 with unholy presence, for a 3.2% DPS loss. If you want to make sure it works the same on Warmane, just try it on the test dummies, and don't forget to use ghoul and gargoyle, who at least in retail did benefit from unholy presence but not from blood.
