I can't seem to get the settings right to make my game not skip randomly. I've tried messing with all the video settings, different resolutions, windowed and non, (also dealing with black screen on that but found a solution). Any tips?
My computer runs both TBCC and retail fine, as well as newer more taxing games such as Elden Ring
what do you mean?
in some specific situation your fps are low?
Does it happen even with all addons disabled
btw in a crowd area is normal, the game is old; so it does not benefit that much of recent and powerful CPU/GPU

Seems to happen pretty randomly. I'll be walking and find and then skips frames. Happens almost every time when my cursor changes. Like holding right click and letting go it will skip. Or when the cursor changes to loot/buy.
After doing some testing it only happens when my mouse is being used. When I am holding right/left click it is perfectly fine. I noticed my cursor blinks a bit as well when i'm moving it around the screen.
