deleted characters

Good afternoon, I spent a while without logging into the Icecrown server (it was not more than 2 months), I just logged in and realized that my characters disappeared. two characters: Dollynho and Kenguinha both level 80, with items and gold. I would like to know what happened to them? and the time that was invested, will they just disappear like this?

maybe you were playing on "Frostmourne" realm?

In that case you need to manually move your characters to Icecrown:
