Unable To Launch Game With WTFast

Hi, Im trying to launch the game using WTFast, I play from Chile and I have constant 250ms, I've read that WTFast can actually improve ms around 30-40%, I like to play competitively so those 250ms really makes me want to smash my head into the wall, but when I try launching the game with WTFast it stays at "Waiting for Game Start", when I try with other games works fine, anyone else using this? The app itself dont detects the game, i had to add it manually, so I guess thats the root of the problem, other games I tested got detected by the app no problem.
