I cannot collect points in MY ACCOUNT section

I cannot collect points in MY ACCOUNT section.

It says 'You do not have any points to collect.'.

But I can see 'Points: 6.0'.

Please help :)

You need to meet conditions to collect points.
6.0 Points you have was inside new years gift, likely.

If you hover over Activity Rank: Agent / Emissary etc. you can see how many unique achievement points you have. You'll need 1000 of those on Lordaeron or Icecrown character(s) to be able to collect activity points. Blackrock and Frostmourne achievements are excluded from this.
