Chars did not get transfered to Icecrown?

Hey sup,

i have now the last 3 periods leveled a char to 80 and equipt it mostly to BIS on Frostmourne, but every time its not transfered to Icecrown - instead of the transfer the chars deleted.

Is that a bug or a feature? Why did my chars didnt get transfered?

I'm no longer interested in every time loosing all the time im spend to it.

P.S.
Whys there is no support available for things like that over the website? I need to create a char, to get support for deleted chars?
