Can't pick up raid items

When an artifact drops in raids, you can't pick it up - the game says "item is still being rolled for", after the raid is completed, the artifact does not appear anywhere, help solve this problem.

Whether in a 5-man dungeon or in 10/25-man raid, if the looting system is set to group loot, everyone eligible for loot must chose an option(Need / Greed / Disenchant / Pass) for an item before anything happens to it. If the timer on said item runs out, players who didn't press anything just don't get that item at all.

If you want a piece of loot, don't leave the instance and the group before you see what happened to an item in your chat feed.

I took the item to myself by clicking on the coin icon, but I still could not pick up the item, the game wrote "item is still being rolled for"

The item will be sent to winner once rolling time ends. Rolling time is minute or something.

1. Boss dies.
2. Somebody opens boss loot.
3. Rolling window opens. Select Need/Greed/DE/Pass (Need only for main spec [the role you joined in as]) upgrades).
4. Rolling ends when either a) everybody rolled/passed, or b) time to roll expires.
5. Rolls happen -> loot goes to winner(s) of the rolls, with the priority order of Need > Greed / DE.

I can sense that OP is from retail, where system is different.
Here, coin icon means "greed", not that you spend something in attempt to get your individual piece of gear. It is second row rolling of item together with disenchant. First row roll is "need", which is icon of dices.

Just take care not to roll "NEED" on everything the game allows you to. Items that are upgrades you will use for current spec are taken by NEED, for anything else - GREED/DE

People here for unspecified reasons are very quick to report this and you can end up with 5 days ban for being big bad evil ninja.
