Upper city now spawns you just before Ambassador Flamelash, skipping more than half the dungeon. Upper City used to spawn you at the beginning like normal, why are you cutting out more than half the dungeon from LFD now? You could at least add a third LFD tier to fill the gaps between Prison and Upper City.
I imagine because a lot of people kept leaving the dungeon resulting in low completion (because not many of them know how to navigate it from start to finish) and because it was confusing people that actually got the shorter version.
Their loss! Doing full BRD runs was fun back in the old days.
