Inactivity Cleanup

Hi,

I can only open a ticket for a ban appeal it seems, which isn't the case, and have no idea where to submit this question, which is why here it is.

I had some lower than 30 level characters get removed in the last cleanup.
I honestly missed that deadline to play them before cleanup due to having a baby and forgetting which month I was in.

I'd like to know if it's possible to restore them, I have a backup file made a couple months before the cleanup, hoping that is helpful!

Nope. Those characters are gone. The backup we can make is for entirely different purposes.

Thanks for the reply, but that sucks, I had some of those heirloom leveling items that are a drag to farm on those low level chars. :S
