Doubt with change of faction.

I want to change from Horde to Alliance, but I have doubts; What will happen to my achievements? With my mounts? But what worries me the most, pay attention, what will happen to the flight paths discovered, are they transformed into those of the Alliance?

bascially you keep everything but some gear/reputation/mount will be converted into their equivalent of the new faction
