I played warmane about 2 years ago, is there any way to retrieve my characters that got deleted at reset?
If you mean characters from Frostmourne Season 1, then they are gone for good.
Low level characters are also gone, read about yearly cleanup. Characters above certain level should be there, nameless. Waiting for you to log them in game and give them a new name.
If you played on Frostmourne S2 [April 15, 2021 - April 14, 2022]: Go to https://www.warmane.com/account/services select Frostmourne S2 and begin character transfer to Icecrown.
If you played on Frostmourne S1 [April 15, 2020 - April 14, 2021]: You should've transferred them to Icecrown when you had the chance. Transfers from Frostmourne S1 to Icecrown are now closed.
