I had this issue on retail classic, and somehow fixed it. Can't remember exactly how. I've tried resetting drivers, turning off hardware cursor, and adding the line to config and nothing resolves this issue. However i don't have this issue on retail or tbc classic even though i used to have this issue with those versions. Any
