I play as a hunter, went to the dungeon where I fell out staff of trickery, the druid began to tell me that I should not wear it, then his friend wrote that he would write a complaint against me for not giving the staff, why do you encourage blackmail if I won a staff that suits me, and they are trying to take it away from me, threatening with a ban?

The only way you'd get banned for needing on that staff as a hunter would be you already wearing a better melee weapon(better staff/polearm or even 2x onehanded weapons).

I would flag it as ninja loot if I was a GM, that staff can be used on a hunter, but not ideal. (And if you have a Feral druid he needs it!)
Also, you will loose DPS on that staff compared to your sword.
Also GS has nothing to do with WotLK.
