Account recovery

Hallo,
could someone pls help me out. I can`t get my Account back because I cant logg to my Gmailadress because ive got a new Phone Number after all this years. I just know my Account name and the original Gmail adress. How I can get a Code to a new Gmail Adress?
I have already writen to the support.
